Parts and Damage Replacement Procedure

Thank you for purchasing our product

  1. Please inspect your purchase immediately.
  2. This procedure covers product purchased from Furniture Wonderful and was received in it’s original packaging.
  3. If you find a part missing or damaged you have a 30-day window in which to order a replacement part from the date on your purchased receipt.
  4. You can do this via email. You will need your purchase receipt or invoice number.
  5. Fill out and submit the part/s order form below. 
  6. Once this order is sent in you will be notified if the part(s) you are requesting are available and can be delivered within 5-7 business days.
